Host A Class

Option 1: Exclusive On-Location Training

With “Exclusive Training,” you pay one fee of $6,000 and we come to you. You can have up to 25 people in your class. This option is helpful for governments that need to train multiple employees from various agencies.

Our “Exclusive Training” option saves agencies hotel, travel and per diem expenses associated with sending employees to another city or venue where our classes are held. Some agencies use this option to partner with other organizations or sponsors to bring in this unique training opportunity.

You will receive the same quality training that we provide for classes at 40 venues across the country every year.

Option 2: Virtual Online Class

This shows an individual viewing a Police Public Information Officer Training class online, VIA ZOOM.

You can receive FREE Training for up to 5 members of your agency, if you host our Virtual 2-day Class. You do not need to provide a facility. We will present the class from our studio in Denver, Colorado. Class sizes will be approximately 25, so that everyone can participate.

All you have to do is promote the class by emailing our flyer to area agencies. Anyone from outside agencies who join us for the Virtual Class will be charged $295 each to attend.

Everyone will be taking part in the class remotely from the comfort and safety of their own home or office.

This training material covered in our Virtual Classes are the same as the in-person physical class, complete with breaking news scenarios and class discussions. Everyone will be given the opportunity to go on camera for mock interviews and news conferences, along with a friendly and helpful critique.

When registrations reach 15, the host agency receives an additional free slot. When registrations reach 20, one more free slot is provided. When registrations reach 25, another slot is provided for a total of 5 comped seats.

We handle all of the registrations and invoices, your agency handles getting outside agencies to attend.
